UPDATE
Ecowas says it has concluded on plans for military interventions should all the diplomatic efforts fail.
According to them, their strategies include the time, when and how and resources but the details of when, time and how will not be communicated as they are operational decisions only to be said by Heads of states who will be leading the interventions if it gets to that.
