Chibok, 7 years on, the wait continues

Reading Time: < 1 minute

Chibok is a story to tell.

We conquered.

Pictured here is a parent of one of the missing girls.

Sometime ago we heard that one of the girls has been “released “ and spoke with her father.

There was speculation around that story.

Well, indeed it is true. He has been speaking with her but what is unclear is where she is speaking from and who is she with.

Too many harrowing stories from Chibok.

Every parent I or escaped/released girls I spoke to in Chibok are asking me same questions- when will they be back? Dapchi were all released except Leah, Kankara boys, all released, Kagara all released, Jangebe too, all released. What has happened to our girls?

Sadly, I don’t have the answers.
